Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, company and email address. You may also provide a phone number, company website and a description of what is happening in the business.

How the information is used

Ashford uses submitted information to review and respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a Business Systems Review may be useful and maintain a record of the business relationship.

The form uses Cloudflare to process submissions and deliver them by email to contact@ashford.software. Your email address is included so Ashford can reply. Cloudflare also processes request information, including your IP address, to operate the site and limit abusive submissions.

Analytics and cookies

Across ashford.software and its subdomains, we use Google Analytics through Cloudflare Zaraz and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, performance and successful actions. Analytics loads automatically on public pages. We do not display an analytics consent dialog or a privacy-settings widget. Your browser’s privacy controls or content blockers can limit collection.

We count completed website scans and successful enquiries without sending their contents, your contact details, assessment identifiers or calculator inputs to analytics. URL query strings are removed from analytics URLs. Google Analytics uses browser identifiers and cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising audiences or advertising personalization.

Google Analytics user and event retention is set to two months without resetting on new activity. Aggregated reports may remain longer. Cloudflare processes performance measurements under its Web Analytics service. Browser privacy controls or blockers can prevent a visit or action from being counted.

Sharing and retention

Inquiries are processed through Cloudflare and Ashford’s email service. The form does not create a separate website database of submissions. Email correspondence may be retained to respond to inquiries and maintain business records. Contact Ashford to ask about access to or deletion of information you have submitted.
